Is Anger a Major Issue??? How to deal with it?
Oh, come on, anger is just a random emotion, what is there so much to drag about it? If you feel this way, then you must read this. It is okay to be angry after all, it’s a human thing but, do you know and understand, where to stop it, when to stop it and how to stop it. We cannot react to every silly thing right, I agree it might hurt you; I agree you might not like it; I agree it might not be your fault every time. But, this is life and anything might come on your way, we cannot control them so, why not work on the way we react to things. Between the actual cause of any problem lies in “THE WAY YOU REACT”.
Is anger positive emotion or negative??
Anger is our truest friend, it cannot accept anything against us, so it often takes the charge of everything that might hurt us. Have you ever thought this way? And if you didn’t, then let me take a moment to appreciate you for this. This should never be the way you define anger. You will never know, when does it become your closest friend and the worst enemy at the same time. Anger….. We often phrase this as an emotion than any disease or disorder. We never know when that anger turns into a disease or a disorder. Is okay to be angry? How badly can you lose your temper? How do you justify your anger? Does being angry or yelling out make you happy? How often would you regret shouting at people? What makes you angry? How important is it to control this state of mind? There is ’n’ number of reasons to justify our part but, let me tell you, those explanations don’t carry any weight within them.
Is anger genetic?
We often mistake anger as genetically inherited but actually, it is not. Anger is a normal human emotion but the intensity of it makes the difference. Anger issues are usually ignored, but this no issue can land you in many issues. Anger management is mostly suggested to people, with a high risk of engaging in harmful behaviors so, they should address anger problems as early as possible.
What Contribute to anger?
What contributes to anger? Regular day-to-day life stress, mental disorders, personality disorders, self-righteousness, condemnation. Adding to this anxiety and depression. Anxiety and depression have become a part of our lives nowadays. These are the things that shouldn’t be ignored and when life controls you according to the situations, you cannot hold the magnitude of reactions. But, don’t you think there are certain manuals in life to get through things/situations. So, we have to put in some effort to manage things.
Regrets
I shouldn’t have said this! I shouldn’t have done this — we often battle with such emotions curled up within right. Regrets are not bad but, why do we have to go through them if we can block the issue before arising. Words have immense weight within, believe me. Use the right one. Anger will never get forgiveness for the words you said and the actions you performed no matter what.
How is anger differentiated?
The explanation of anger is differentiated from aggression, irritation, violence, and hostility. Anger has fewer controlling capacities than any other emotional state. The inability of controlling anger depends on emotional intelligence. The enhanced ability to take action and resolve problems.
Educate yourself:
● You are the victim of anger.
● Genetic history shouldn’t be a justification.
● Your thoughts, emotions, your body must happen or be the way you want it to be.
● If you don’t want to be angry then JUST DON’T.
● We cannot avoid Everything on the road we walk learn to deal with things.
● Anger is not an entity you become angry with.
“Anger is an acid that can do more harm to the vessel
in which it sorted than to anything on which it is poured.”
-Mark Twain

How does anger affect children?
Anger issues are highly reported in children and along with this the environment around the children and toxic home scenarios massively add in misleading the innocence of youngsters and children. According to a study conducted in the US states that children who are exposed to abuse have a wave of higher anger. Child maltreatment was a major problem in the United States. In the year 2016–676,000 children are found to be victims and the count of abuse kept on increasing. Children from such backgrounds and past life experiences develop negative mindsets from a very tender age which takes this entire plot to a serious side.
What is anger management all about?
Does anger management mean you don’t be angry at all? Anger management doesn’t keep you away from this false emotion, instead, it gives you ways to deal with it. Anger is usually neither good nor bad. Is suppressing anger well? It isn’t termed healthy to compress the emotion and letting out can be healthy only if it stays within the limits it is supposed to be. It is a natural biological process that triggers someone when the situations aren’t favorable and it is completely fine to be angry, only the problems lie in the way to deal with it. It mostly serves as a very negative emotion that takes a toll on almost everything from career, relationships, love, mental health. Anger management indeed adds immense value as it balances all the issues and maintains all the aroused problems.
How to control anger:
Most of the anger, short temper, problems arise because of previous bitter experiences. And the atmosphere you are raised in, besides this, such environment and people around you can inculcate such aggressive behavior within unknowingly. Stress, relationship problems, work tension, failures, etc. drive a person towards such extreme behavioral states. So, the foremost thing to control anger is analyzing the root cause of it.
So, a therapist first focuses on the cause of anger and digs the past lives which might help him in the diagnosis. Uncontrolled anger often damages vital organs.
So, how to deal with anger:
● Breathing exercises and yoga
● Physical exercises like walking, running, outdoor games, cycling, etc.
● Take a break from tasks that affects your mental health

Maintain a Journal
There is always a different side of a story/situation, we regret our reactions very often. Taking a step back and mature dealing isn’t that easy. Writing things or the tasks to be performed, work out most of the time. Introspect on the issues and your reactions, how would you have dealt with them in a better way. Make a habit of investigating what is making you angry? How are you reacting? Try the different dealing procedures and find out which one is working for you.
Conclusion:
So, these are some of the anger issues from my knowledge. Let me know if I missed out something. It’s okay to be angry or upset but do not let the anger win over you. Regrets and sorry are the most underrated emotions according to me. So remember “Sorry doesn’t have any weight but, our ego does” give it a thought.
